I write for and on behalf of the Ghana National Union of Technical students in a notice and petition over the mass wanton arrest and brutalities visited on some students of the Koforidua Technical University on Friday 14 December 2018 at the Universal Hall of the University by some Police Officers of the Eastern Regional Command led by DSP Kartey Otumi, officer in-charge of operations in the region. That about 4:00 AM in the wee hours on Friday, a fully armed officers of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) numbering about sixty (60) were supervised to invade Universal Hostel, one of the University’s accommodation facilities without recourse to management of the University. Ricky Nana Agyemang aka Bullet, the manager of dance hall diva Ebony who recently died in a car accident has confirmed that some men of God prophesied about Ebony’s accident.
