NDC 2020:”Atubiga’s declaration brings comic relief”- Yaw Boateng Gyan
Former National Organiser of the leading opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC), Yaw Boateng Gyan has kicked against Stephen Atubiga’s decision to contest in the flag bearership race of NDC and has described it as a joke. According to the former organiser, his decision brings “comic relief to Ghanaians.”So far, apart from Mr Atubiga, about four other leading members of the NDC have launched their bid to contest in the race. They are former Majority Leader of Parliament, Alban Bagbin; former Rector of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Prof Joshua Alabi; Ekow Spio-Garbrah, former Minister of Trade and Industry; and Mr Sylvester Mensah, former Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).
