Founder,Director and philanthropist of Heart for Children Foundation a nongovernmental organization, Mr. Solomon Boateng has bemoaned stress and frustration meted out to foreign donors in their quest to assist deprived communities in the country. The annoyance by some Ghana embassies in other countries in securing visas to embark on projects and donations in Ghana, he believes is a contributing factor to some philanthropists reluctance in extending support to Ghana.
