Dana White ‘Working On’ Ex-WWE Star CM Punk’s Next Fight

Dana White ‘Working On’ Ex-WWE Star CM Punk’s Next Fight UFC president Dana White intends to give former WWE star CM Punk “another shot” in the Octagon. White told The Associated Press he is “working on” a second fight for Punk (0-1), whose birth name is Phil Brooks. He made his mixed martial arts debut at UFC 203 in September 2016, and was badly outclassed in a first-round submission loss to Mickey Gall. At that time, White admitted Punk’s next fight “probably shouldn’t be in the UFC.” Before his unsuccessful MMA debut, he adamantly stated he intended to fight more than once and was not simply looking for a one-off for financial reasons. Institutions are grappling with a shortage of tutors with PhDs as some retire while others leave for other jobs.
