The late Dess FM presenter, Portia Amma AgyeiwaaaIt has emerged that Bekwai-based journalist who was killed by unknown assailant, was stabbed multiple times, leading to her death. Portia Amma Agyeiwaaa of Dess FM was found in a pool of blood in front of her Bentil house room at Nyameduasi, a suburb of Asante-Bekwai after allegedly being stabbed on Sunday evening. Preliminary police investigations revealed the deceased was stabbed in the chest, thigh and in the left arm with a sharp object. “There has been some stabbing; some around the chest region, somewhere in the thigh and somewhere in the left or right arm as well,” ASP Juliana Obeng who speaks for police in Ashanti Region said. Suwaiba Abdulkadir filed a case against her brother-in-law, Shuaibu of defamation of character after they had a little misunderstanding. “Shuaibu is my husband’s younger brother and we had a misunderstanding; we exchanged words and he called me a prostitute. “I want this honorable court to grant me justice, as what my brother-in-law said about me has tarnished my image,’’ she said.
