Veep Launches Mobile Money Interoperability Next Week

Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is set to launch the mobile money interoperability system next week. This means it will be possible from next week to send mobile money from one mobile phone network to another seamlessly when the mobile money interoperability is launched. The launch to be performed by the Vice President will come as a major relief as sending money across networkshas been a major challenge to many. The mobile money interoperability is however only the first phase of a bigger project that will ensure that the public can also transfer funds from their bank accounts tomobile money networks as well as to e-zwich cards and vice versa in what is being termed the Financial Inclusion Triangle. Gov’t Welcomes Private Sector Participation In Land Admin Reforms – Vice President🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭

Government is calling on the private sector to take an active part in the ongoing reforms in the administration of Ghana’s lands in order to make the process more efficient and effective. Unlike in the past, where Government was solely in charge of land administration in Ghana, the Nana Akufo-Addo government envisions a public-private partnership, with both parties contributing their quota to the entire process. The Vice President of the Republic, H. E. Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, extended the invitation when he gave the Keynote Address at a Market Sounding Event towards Private Sector Participation in the next phase of Ghana’s land administration reforms in Accra on Monday 30th April, 2018.
