SUHUM MCE INVIGORATE HOPE INTO PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES Like the biblical cliché goes, ” blessed be the name that giveth than the one that taketh”, the Suhum Municipal Chief Executive Honourable Margaret Darko Darkwah, in collaboration with the social warfare, brought to bare another manifesto promise by the governing New Patriotic Party ( NPP). It could be recalled that prior to the 2016 elections the then largest opposition party NPP, made a lot of manifesto pledges to the Ghanaian electorates including a disability fund to be set up to meet the needs of disables in our society. In view of this, the Suhum Municipal Chief Executive Honourable Margaret Darko Darkwah, the representative of the President in the Municipality, has organized a durbar for all disables and donated to them over hundred of thousands Ghana cedis worth of items to equip them to enhance their living.
