In default Wisa will serve 24 months in prison.The court, presided over by Mrs Abena Oppong Adjin- Doku, found Wisa guilty of gross indecent exposure. The musician showed his penis during a live performance at Citi Fm’s Decemba2Remember concert on December 24, 2015. I displayed fake penis on stage – WisaWisa had argued that what he showed on stage was an artificial penis, but the court held that the evidence on record showed that it was his real penis. “I am convinced that the penis he showed was his God-given penis and not a fake penis,” the judge said.After the judgement, Wisa’s lawyer, Mr Jerry Avenogbor, begged the court to give his client one week to cough up the money.
