GOVERNMENT HAS NOT BEEN FINANCIALLY FAIR TO REGIONAL CREATION– FORMER WESTERN REGIONAL MINISTER.

The former western regional minister who is currently the western regional coordinator for the former president John Mahama 2020, hon. Paul Evans Aidoo has vow government negatively over the financial and logistically neglects of the new regional creations across the country. In an exclusive interview with liberty news Nana Yaw preko, Hon. Evans Aidoo said government through the ministry of regional reorganisation and development which is in charge of the new regions yet to be created sent budget to parliament which was approved and that they would have involved themselves and at least provide some financial and logistics emphatically t-shirts, posters and other campaign materials which would have enhance the campaign activities of the various proposed regional creation Secretariat. NDC race: Bagbin joins Mahama, Alabi as they submit forms today

The Second deputy Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has been the third NDC hopeful to announce he will submit his presidential nominations form today, Monday December 17. It comes after former UPSA Vice Chancellor and former President John Mahama disclosed they will be presenting their documents to the party leadership at its headquarters in Accra. It is unclear when Goosie Tanoh, Stephen Atubiga and Dr. Spio-Garbrah will submit their forms as nomination closes on Tuesday December 18.. Mr. Mahama also noted that he will be addressing the media at the Trade Fair Centre shortly after submitting the forms. The former President will have to beat competition from the seven other hopefuls to have the opportunity to lead the NDC against President Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party again in the 2020 elections. NDC To Select Candidate For Ayawaso West Wuogon Dec 18; Nomination Opens Today

The National Democratic Congress has fixed December 28 to conduct parliamentary primary at Ayawaso West Wuogon to elect a candidate to contest in the upcoming by-election in the constituency. It has consequently given interested persons today December 17 and December 18 to pick up nomination forms at the cost of 1,000 cedis between 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Filled nomination forms are to be returned to the party on Friday, December 21 with nomination fee of 10,000 cedis, the party said, adding there will be a 50% discount on the filing fees for females and persons with disability. A statement signed and issued by the General Secretary of NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia said the party will vet all aspirants on December 22.
