Nana Slams Mahama Over Ghost Projects

President Nana Akufo-Addo has said that the so-called unprecedented projects, especially roads, which former President John Dramani Mahama and his National Democratic Congress (NDC) government spoke about are nowhere to be found. The Chiefs of Ahafo, in the Brong Ahafo Region, have expressed their appreciation to the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and his administration for the level of development they have witnessed since January 7, 2017. The President of the Ahafo Traditional Council, Nana Ansah Adu Baah, Chief of Yamfo, on behalf of the Council, told President Akufo-Addo that despite being in office for 16 months, the President’s achievements have been overwhelming. “Because of the policies you (President Akufo-Addo) have put in place, anyone can now say confidently that I am Ghanaian. Akufo Addo reveals Full list of 998 staff work at Jubilee House

President Nana Akufo-Addo has presented a list of the total number of employees at the Presidency to Parliament, The release of the list is in compliance with Section 11 of the Presidential Office Act, 1993 (Act 463), which gives the president the privilege to submit annually to Parliament, a report on the staffing position of the Office of the President. The breakdown was given as nine ministers of state, 27 presidential staffers, 256 other/junior appointees and 706 employees of public/civil service staff. AFROBAROMETER SURVEY: Ghana Under Akufo-Addo Is “Very Bad” But

The present economic state of the Akufo-Addo administration has been classified to be very bad, according to a survey by Afrobarometer. Afrobarometer is a pan-African, non-partisan research network that conducts public attitude surveys on democracy, governance, economic conditions, and relatedissues in countries across Africa. In a survey by the research network, several Ghanaians donot see the condition of the country to be fairly good. Out of 24 respondents in the urban areas and 32 respondents from the rural communities, 28% described the economy as “very bad” whereas 26% think it is “fairly bad”. In terms of living conditions, the survey indicated that about 27% of the respondents stressed that their living conditions are in a very bad state, and this could be as a result of the bad economy under the Akufo-Addo regime.
