WWE: Nobody is ready for Asuka – The Empress of Tomorrow

Nobody is ready for Asuka. Yet to be pinned or made to submit since her debut in NXT in October 2015, The Empress of Tomorrow has been nothing short of unstoppable. Marching to the ring in a traditional  noh  mask and kaleidoscopic battle gear and looking every bit the victor before the opening bell even rings, Asuka has trounced every Superstar thrown her way, using her perfect technique and wicked intentions to take down everybody from Nia Jax to Bayley (whom Asuka unseated as NXT Women’s Champion) to Ember Moon. All the while, the fierce Japanese Superstar has worn an intimidating smile on her face, seemingly finding joy in stretching out her overmatched challengers. After repeatedly declaring that she can’t be touched inside the ring, Asuka relinquished the NXT Women’s Title in September 2017, ending her historic, record-breaking title reign on day No. 523 so she could focus on new opportunities in WWE. It was soon revealed that Asuka would be headed to Raw where she de...

Why Asuka Should Win The Women’s Royal Rumble

Exciting news came out of the WWE last month. Stephanie McMahon announced that there will be a Women’s Royal Rumble this year when the WWE heads to Philadelphia in late January. This is groundbreaking to say the least, a well-deserved accomplishment for all the women on the roster as the company goes higher and higher in the women’s revolution. For the match itself, there is only one superstar that should be winning, and that is Asuka. If Vince McMahon and the WWE want to build Asuka as a dominant, unbeatable wrestler, this is the right choice. Asuka must be protected to the highest degree in order to keep her winning streak alive. Just look at her undefeated NXT run, her whole gimmick was based on being lethal in the ring with her Asuka Lock, maintaining her undefeated streak. The #EmpressOfTomorrow has ARRIVED! #RAW @WWEAsuka http://pic.twitter.com/9x6l5k33TI — WWE Universe (@WWEUniverse) December 26, 2017 Now the WWE has done a fine job keeping her in stride on the main r...
