Chiefs and Elders plead for District Capital.

About 29 chiefs and elders from Ahafo Ano South East in the Ashanti region have appealed to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to use his good office to make Sabronum the capital of the new district.

At a well-attended press conference, the spokesperson for the chiefs, Nana Gyaw, who is the Gyaasehene of Sabronum, said , if their plea is duly considered and Sabronum is designated the capital of Ahafo South East District will facilitate rapid development in the area.

He also seek to bring forth some of the reasons why Sabronum should the District Capital of Ahafo Ano South East Constituency and noted that

1.Sabronum is connected to national electricity grid and agrarian community well known for the production of cocoa, food stuff and other vegetables.

2.Sabronum has immense mineral deposit, though its citizens have resisted all attempts to embark on illegal mining.

3.Sabronum has a market, a launch pad for revenue generation and is almost done with construction of a police Station, which they believe will enhance security for the district.

Nana Gyaw and the elders of Sabronum threatened to embark on demonstration if the district Capital is designated to Esugyama who has nothing to boost off.

The Bella Twins are back for more.
