NO ONE IS BIGGER THAN NDC CONSTITUTION – KOFFOUR

A leading member, and a Former Zonal Chairman for National Democratic Congress (NDC) New-Edubise Constituency Adansi South in Ashanti Region
Mr Abraham Koffour has stated that, Mr Fustus Addea who is a chairman for New-Edubiase constituency NDC want to use his own power to bleach the party constitution.

Speaking to Nana Yaw Peprah kyeremateng Kakari (Nana Boroo) on Edubiaseman fm 97.5 he added that the chairman has said he will appoint the competent people during the constituency election, whiles the party constitution did not allowed that.

He quote NDC Constitution Article 16 section 1 to 17 which the party constitution did not state that.

Ending his statement he says that the Chairman want NDC party in New-Edubiase constituency to stay in opposition again in the 2020 elections, that is why he is doing that and it will not work.

Legal representative of four of the accused in the killing of Major Maxwell Adam Mahama says he has yet not watched the social media videos of the lynching. “That is intentional because I don’t want to disabuse my mind,” he said.
