Ato Forson, Ofosu Kwakye Charge Gov’t for Economic Mismanagement

Member of Parliament for Ajumako Enyan Essiam district, Hon.Casseal Ato Baah Forson and the former deputy communications minister, Hon. Felix Ofosu Kwakye have criticized the government for mismanaging Ghana’s economy.

Delivering Public Lectures at University of Education (UEW)- Ajumako Campus under the theme: ‘NPP’s AGENDA FOR JOB, AN ALLUSION OR A REALITY?’, Hon. Ato Forson said NPP’s government should come out and tell Ghanaians the number of Jobs they have created since they came to power.

“All taxes imposed on goods were taken away and they have regretted doing that, infact they are mismanaging our economy, misusing our resources, what the NPP government know is Promises upon promises”, He added

The member of parliament further stressed that our Roads, National Health Insurance Policy, Education sector, Scholarship, District Assemblies Common Fund and many more are collapsing due to poor economic management, am sure my daughter who is 11 years can do this type of economic management better than the NPP government.

“Sadly contractors are laying down their tools and equipment because of lack of financial support, as am talking now contractors are on strike, the NPP government is messing up Ghanaian economy” he lamented

The former deputy communications minister, Hon. Felix Ofosu Kwakye added that, due to NPP’s poor economic management, most of the Ghanaian Youth are unemployed, they made promises when they were in opposition and now things are worsening.

“Borrowing is common to them, most of the projects the NDC government started have been abandoned and I think is not the best, Nursing Training college,Teacher Training college and Poly Clinics have been left in the bush instead of continuing, they are just wasting Ghanaian Money”, He charged
