Shortage of potable water to hit Brakwa and Kokoso in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District C/R

Distribution of pipe-borne water to the citizens of Breman Brakwa, Kokoso and it environment is said to be ceased in the next two(2) days due to the breakdown of the Electrical Transformers that help in water supplying.

According to the Board Chairman of the Brakwa Kokoso Water Board, Lawyer Kwame Amporful, the transformers have broken down for the past week but the Electricity Company of Ghana (Breman Asikuma Branch) turn dead ears to it whenever they are confronted.

“We are now depending on the reservoir and it will get finished in the next two days”he hinted.
