A 16 year old junior high school leaver Daniel Mensah has hanged himself to death at Tarkwa for not getting placement in School due to low performance in the just ended BECE.

According to district police commander Tarkwa supt. Osei Ababio explained that they received the formal report from the diseased uncle Ebo Ayitey and the police got to the scene and found the boy hanged on a ceiling hock with a support of scarf.

The body is sent to Apinto government hospital for autopsy.
