GHANAIANS DON’T VOTE FOR PARTY EXECUTIVES BUT CANDIDATE’S COMPETENCY.

The Wasa Amenfi east Constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Asafuankye Badu popularly known as ‘Ayen Mpo Suro’ has stated that Ghanaian citizens do not vote for party executive but competency of the presidential candidate.

Commenting on just ended NDC 9th delegate Congress held to elect its National Executives, the NPP Chairman stated that, party executives supersedes the administrative work of their able party by assisting endeavor supports for their elected candidate eyeing for victory.

He continued that the New Patriotic Party suspended their party Chairman and the general secretary before and during the 2016 campaign era but emerges victory over NDC having all the substantive executives on board.

Nana Asafuankye Badu emphasized that election is won by floating voters. Adding that, the floating voters do votes considering policies, social interventions and programs benefiting the country.

Asafuankye Badu stated that, the newly elected NDC Chairman, Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo saying “we will win 2020 election” will be avail if the elected executives fails to support the presidential candidate.
