NPP COMMUNICATION TEAM FOR AWUTU SENYA EAST REBUTTS ILL COMMENTS MADE BY THE MINORITY LEADER IN PARLIAMENT, HARUNA IDDRISU ABOUT THE MINISTRY OF SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE.

The NPP Communication Team for the Awutu Senya East Constituency condemns the ill comments made by the Minority Leader in Parliament, Haruna Iddrisu about the Ministry of Special Development Initiative. The Minority Leader in Parliament, Haruna Iddrisu stated on the floor of Parliament yesterday that , he did not see the relevance of the Ministry of Special Development Initiative and as a result, the minority will not support the budget allocated to that Ministry. GES sacks 11 staff for sexual misconduct, stealing

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has dismissed eleven of its staff for breaching the professional code of conduct of the Service. Nine were dismissed for sex-related misconduct, while three had their contracts terminated for stealing. In a release issued Thursday by the Head of Public of Relations of the GES, Cassandra Twum Ampofo, “The decision was taken after they went through the due process at all levels from the school through the GES Council.” The GES says it is hopeful the sanctions will serve as a deterrent to others who have an intention of breaching the professional code of conduct. The Service has descended heavily on its staff over the last couple of years following reports that heads or teachers at either private or public schools have been engaging in one form of sexual act against their students. Most of those matters have ended up in the courts but the GES says it takes these firm steps to sanitise the Service. Below is a full list of persons which the press rele

MAHAMA COMEBACK WILL BE HUGE NDC RISK – NPP DIRECTOR

cannot get my head around how and why Ghana came to be ruled by former President John Dramani Mahama, a man who claims inability to think things through properly and cannot take any intelligent decision himself since his infancy. He was a disaster and a curse to the nation for all too obvious reasons. The Eastern region communication Director for the new patriotic party NPP, Wilson Abenbebom has said the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) risks losing the 2020 elections if they present former President Mahama as their candidate. He said the situation will even become dire for Mr Mahama in 2024 if he were to contest and lose the 2020 elections. “You’ll notice that since we began the fourth republic, anyone who is elected in the first term will normally go for a second term [except Mr Mahama].
